ABOUT grace

My calming presence and curiosity open a space of healing, hope, and the potential to move through difficulties toward a greater sense of wholeness and enhanced wellbeing. My holistic and collaborative approach to working together is grounded in mindfulness and a somatic perspective.

Specializing in supporting clients through anxiety, trauma, grief and loss, depression, and life transitions, my caring, relational, and strengths-based style is grounded in evidence-based techniques including EMDR, mindfulness, and CBT.

I hold a Masters in Social Work from Columbia University and am licensed to see clients in the state of New York (#102546). Iā€™m currently accepting clients based in New York - you can schedule a consultation here.

In addition to my therapy practice, I am an artist and writer. I offer mindful pottery workshops, create ceramic work at gracecady.com, and write grounding, a weekly, nourishing newsletter helping hundreds of people find their calm and embrace the messiness of life.
